About occupants
We are Eric and Pauline, owners of the granny flat located at the rear of our property. We are a wholesome family of 4 with a family member who loves baking. Don't be surprise to find a brownie/cupcake or two at your doorstep every now and then!

The 2 bedroom flat will be shared with a female single student who also works part time. She's responsible, neat, tidy and respectful. She often cooks or potter around the vege patch located off the deck at the rear of the flat.

We would love a respectful, neat and tidy student or professional working lady to join our home. Someone who doesn't mind a chat or is happy to keep to themselves.
