The room itself is on the smaller side but still with plenty of room for a double bed, drawers, bedside table and wardrobe. It is available either furnished with a double bed or unfurnished depending on your preference. It's also bright and sunny plus off of the main road so nice and quiet.

Looking for a place to live? Do you love Bunnings? Are you a decent human being?
Perfect, we have a large bedroom in a share house in Artarmon that will be available from the end of May.

The house is a newly renovated duplex just off the pacific highway - only a few minutes to plenty of busses and close to both Artarmon and St Leonards train stations. It's carpeted throughout and fully furnished. We have a tendency to use the kitchen table as an art/craft space so it's a plus if you're into all things crafty! We have a small enclosed courtyard including a clothesline with plenty of sunlight and an external laundry/storage room (washing machine and dryer included). Most importantly we're only a few minutes walk to awesome Thai food!

About the occupants
Two females in their twenties working full time (vet nurse and marketing professional). We enjoy each others company and catching up over a cup of tea when our schedules allow. Also in the mix is Ivy (cat) and Toastie (dog).

We want someone that is happy to hang out and watch TV, doesn’t mind having guests over or a living room every now and again and loves the company of animals.
Big plus if you're into The Office and Parks and Rec! Also, paying rent on time and doing your share of household duties helps too, but anyone can lie about that. As long as you’re not a slob or you’re not going to stress about the mug that’s been sitting on the bench for the last 12 hours, I’m sure we’ll be fine.
Description of pets
Both are fairly low maintenance but they love cuddles! Their concept of personal space is somewhat limited so you can expect to have a furry friend in your lap as soon as you sit down.
