It was a “granny flat” that was sub divided from the main house #2, so we live back from the street which is peaceful quiet and the neighbours all get along nicely and help each other as needed.
Whilst there is no off street parking there is always parking un-timed out the front or near by streets. My ex partner (year ago) used to park always out the front.

Description of pets
Mojo is, as per the vet. A “senior”… Mojo was not impressed. Even though he is 11year old Chihuahua who has travelled almost everywhere with Dad. Long distant flights, to work, and staying in hotels as we travelled. He is crate trained and loves his “cratey180”. Which means I have been lucky that he could come with me. In his “cratey180”
