We’re looking for an amazing new housemate to join our lovely home! Our current housemate is moving into her own place, so we’re hoping to find someone who’ll fit right in.

The flat is huge, the kind of place where you can cook together, lounge on the sofa with a tea, or retreat into your own space to recharge. It’s airy and open, with bifold doors into a study and two sunny courtyards.

About us:
Alix (mid-30s), an architect who works just around the corner. New-ish to Sydney via Adelaide, London and Costa Rica. Big on yoga, hiking, cooking and exploring the city. Chill, creative, and very into making the house feel like a cosy little sanctuary.

Dean (mid-30s), an electrician, who's moved back to Sydney, after five years abroad. Loves live music, climbing, hiking, diving and a glass of wine with friends. Super easygoing, outdoorsy and always up for a laugh.

We’re social and enjoy a chat in the kitchen, but equally value downtime and a peaceful home.

The room itself is bright, comfortable and private, with great storage (floor to ceiling built-in wardrobe.) You’ll share the downstairs bathroom, so someone who likes a clean, calm space is ideal. We’re right next to Sydney Park, and there’s heaps of street parking plus basement storage.

If you love making a space feel like home, we'd love for you to add some of your furniture, plants and personality.
