Just around the corner from South Eveleigh , home to The Grounds of Alexandria, IGA, Anita Gelato, BrewDog Brewery, a great Thai spot, and plenty more cafés and shops.

🛏️ About the room and apartment
The apartment its spacious has two stories with two balconies, and two bathrooms
Your room comes fully furnished with a double bed, lots of storage, a desk, and a smart TV (with Netflix and other streaming services). It’s bright, gets morning sun, and feels airy all day.

You’ll have the main bathroom mostly to yourself and guests as we use mainly the en-suite in our room.
The kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher and cooking appliances.
We have laundry space with washing machine and a dryer

🚙 There’s also a secure car space that we do not use but if you have a vehicle, we can discuss arrangements.

🚫 A few notes

No pets or couples, sorry.

Guests are fine to visit occasionally, just not short/long-term stays.

No smoking in the apartment or building.

We’re a couple , we are both futll timers We are very clean and tidy . Weekends are usually relaxed: we enjoy a glass of wine, some cheese, good company, travel chats, and a few TV shows.
