Large home on the beach. Walk to shops, public transport. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the beach via your own access. We do have an air bnb on ground floor separate to our home with two floors upstairs so do require person to be aware of making noise for guests below. Can only accommodate till mid-October as family returning at that time.

About occupants
2 fit and healthy females working full time shift workers. We basically use top floor of house most of the time. Tenant will have own bedroom, bathroom & toilet with access to large living / tv area and shared use of kitchen. Pool and house is on the beach with private beach access. We love surfing, sports, camping and try to get away a lot. We do run a small separate air bnb on bottom floor of property, so tenant does need to be mindful of noise upstairs. No parties or gatherings allowed. It’s a lovely quiet area and very tranquil so like to keep it that way. Close to public transport and bike paths. We are going away travelling Sept, my sister will be moving into our room during this time. We would love it if tenant could keep an eye on pool area when we are away, basic scooping when needed or pick up palm frongs. Chilled, quiet, clean person would be ideal.
Compatible people
Clean, tidy, conscious of noise, not a late night person who’s up and about till all hours as we are in bed pretty early and up out exercising in mornings and do have an air bnb on ground floor. Relaxed person who enjoys nature, respects clean and tidy spaces and loves the beach will fit this space very well.
