Home Description
Description of the home
An ideal, central, coastal location, close to local shops, the airport, a local gym, easy access to the motorway and of course close to the beach!
Surrounded by greenery- established gardens, and a nature reserve to the rear of the property (maintained by the council).
The large, elevated, light-filled "loft" studio space upstairs is literally like 3 rooms in one space (approx 25 m2 area)- where you can have your own sitting area/lounge, desk/study space, and bedroom space. Full-length louvre windows invite the morning sun in during the day, and the moonlight at night, plus the studio has both an A/C and a ceiling fan, small WIR and extra storage furniture.
A king-sized mattress (linen can be supplied, or bring your own bed ok too), bedside table with lamp, tub chair, TV, table/stools with cushions, and library with standing lamp are also in the room.
Preferably you won't have furniture (although I'm happy to take some furniture out of the room if you wish), or require much storage, however- there is a shed where some space can be made, and under house storage.
Your own good-sized private bathroom, with a bath, and separate toilet, are downstairs.
The shared kitchen, dining, lounge, and laundry, are all downstairs. Front and back decks have several outdoor seating options to take in the greenery, and sea breezes.
Parking is also available on-site, behind tall double gates.
A dishwasher, robot vacuum, Zazen water filter, and 3 x salt lamps create a comfortable and cosy home, and access to the herb/veggie patch is included.
All bills are included.
2 weeks rent payable in advance at all times.
1-month trial period.
2 references, please.
Short to medium-term stay (3-6 months) preferred (not a deal-breaker for the right person).
Couples welcome, $450/week.
A perfect place to "land" for someone moving to the coast, or "in-between" places, before finding their forever home.
The rent includes a semi-regular gardener for the heavier work every few months. If you like gardening a helping hand is always welcomed.
A respect for cats is a must, and help with feeding on the odd occasion I'm away would be most appreciated.
Sorry not suitable for kids or other pets.

I enjoy quality downtime by being active in nature/the garden, Latin dancing, live gigs, fun outings with friends, gym/cycling, travelling, speaking Spanish, movies, reading, a healthy lifestyle, cooking, and eating out.
I could be described as an ambivert- as I'm happy to socialise, and enjoy the odd meal/drink together, and am also equally mindful of respecting each other's personal space.
Sharing with 2 well-behaved, sweet, 16-year-old cats (sisters), Bella and Baci.
