Both of us lead busy lives, working full-time, and we are accompanied by our beloved hypoallergenic Service Dog, who is impeccably behaved and attends daycare regularly.
The available room can be furnished to your liking or left unfurnished, according to your preference. It features a spacious walk-in robe for ample storage, as well as its own air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure your comfort year-round. Large windows invite abundant natural light into the room, enhancing its warmth and welcoming ambiance. The room has a bathroom with shower and bath next to it which you will mostly use on your own as we have 2.5 bathrooms.

We have a very spacious and modern home with pool and deck overseeing the water it’s fully furnished, and all services are connected. We have plenty of spare storage if you wish to bring any larger furniture.
You open the door and are right on the water and have lovely, safe walking paths on our doorstep. A garage spot is also available if you like, and we have a spacious study you can use any day during the week set up with dual screens computer and AC.
