Hello, My name is Robbie, I'm a mother of two high school children who have just relocated to the Sunshine Coast to be closer to family. I currently live and work in Maroochydore in a beautiful 3-bedroom villa that is now up for sale. I'm looking to rent a 4-bedroom home and share a lease with someone like-minded and authentic.

I'm very open-minded, friendly, loyal, funny, kind and will always share a great energy. Our home is our sanctuary and we have beautiful furnishings and like a clean clutter-free home. I have a beautiful Samoyed (dog) that you'll fall absolutely in love with.

I'm seeking someone who will go on a lease agreement for a 4 bedroom home with me and I will contribute majority of the rent (500pw) and pay for the internet, water and gas. I will just ask that you contribute 20% of the electricity bill. I'm happy to make a written agreement about the rent split and bill structure. I'm also happy to give you the ensuite if I can have the full garage for storage.

My children are well-raised and respectful to others. They keep to themselves. Our home stays neat and tidy, smoke-free and it's a safe family home.

I'm very busy with work and building a brand of my own. I'm home during the night however, i'm back on my laptop doing work for my brand outside my full-time job. I would really enjoy the company of someone like-minded, positive and down to earth. I enjoy the outdoors, walks, fishing, markets, dining, exploring new places, beaches and cocktails (occasionally). I don't do house parties but will be up for BBQ's and drinks at home with mates. I'm a really easy fun loving person to be around and I hope to find someone cool to share a space with.
