I'm looking for a house mate, not just renting a room in my own home.
It's a large 5 bed house, 2 levels, but feels very homely. There is a large, stunning pool and outdoor lounge area. There are 2 internal living / lounge areas, so you can also enjoy your own space. You will have your own King size room, with comfy King bed if you would like it, A/C and your own private toilet /large bathroom with bath tub.
I have a second and third spare room as well and can discuss extra space, if you need an office etc.
I have everything you need to be really comfortable here, including wifi/NBN, Foxtel/Netflix (cable), a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and off street security parking. The place is clean and nicely furnished. I have 2 older, loving, friendly dogs, so you must be ok with pets around to give you cuddles :-)
It's central to everything ...right across from the Maroochy River with a little river beach there, walking distance to Cotton Tree beach, the public 50m pool, cafes, park, Maroochydore beach + really close (5 min walk) to Ocean St (the hub for cafe's, restaurants, bars, Woolworths, Post Office etc). It's a 10 min walk to the Sunshine Plaza (the largest shopping complex on the Sunshine Coast, with everything you need), 10 mins drive to Mooloolaba + 8 mins by car to the airport. There are 2 bus stops within 30 meters out the front of the house.
It has a security gate and off street parking for your car.

Bills and expenses
I am renting here, so I'm looking for a house mate to share, not renting a room in my own home. The rent is really expensive, as it's a modern, huge, 2 storey, 5 bed house, security gate, private parking and amazing location, with massive backyard and large beautiful pool. It cant be compared to other rooms for rent in regular homes for $300/wk. This is not a regular house. All bills are also included in the rent.

Im 54, but young at heart :-) I live an active, outdoor, lifestyle, with 2 beautiful larger doggo's (super loving and friendly). I love SUP and am a p-plate surfer (if someone is in front of me, they should be worried! .. but I make up for it with effort ha ha). I'm looking for someone who is relaxed, clean, tidy and respectful. It's not a party house, but occasional dinners / drinks/ friends over etc is ok. I have everything you need here, or you can bring your own bedroom furniture. It's a really big house, so there's plenty of room to feel like you have your own space. There's also a massive outdoor living area. It's such an awesome place to live location wise, as it's so central to everything. I have loads of Air BnB feedback from guests who have previously stayed here with me (short and longer term stays), so if you would like some extra feedback on what the vibe is like to live here with me, I'm happy to send you a link, but its all 5 stars and really positive .. my dogs also get great reviews :-)
