This fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment in Marcoola Beach Resort offers the ultimate coastal lifestyle. Located in an absolute beachfront complex, you're just a 2-minute walk to the sand and surrounded by great local cafes, walking trails, and everything you need for relaxed, easy living.
The successful applicant will have the master bedroom, which includes a queen-sized bed, a spacious walk-in robe, and a private ensuite — offering comfort, privacy, and plenty of storage.
The apartment also features a large balcony that captures the sea breeze, a modern kitchen with plenty of bench and cupboard space, a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, and a bright open-plan living area. Bedroom 2 is currently set up as a shared guest room and study — ideal for visitors or working from home.
The complex includes a resort-style pool with spa, fully equipped gym, sauna, full-sized tennis court, basketball court, and beautiful walking tracks nearby. It’s low-maintenance living with fantastic amenities.
You’ll be sharing with Clayton, in his final year of studying teaching. He’s active, clean, friendly, and a great cook. He occupies Bedroom 3, uses the main bathroom, and has the secure undercover car park. However, there is plenty of free parking available within the complex.
Rent is $375 per week for a single (split evenly with Clayton) or $500 per week for a couple — as per the current lease agreement managed by Belle Property. The lease runs until 18 June 2026, and tenants will need to provide their own linen.
Please note: Clayton would like to meet with you first to ensure it's a good fit before any paperwork progresses with Belle Property. Also the furniture in the bedroom is slightly different to the above.

We recently signed a new lease on 30/05/2025, which runs until 18/06/2026. However, due to changing work circumstances, my partner and I will be relocating back to Melbourne and are now looking for someone to take over our spot in the lease.
Clayton will be staying on — he’s in his final year of teaching, super active, gym-loving, friendly, tidy, and genuinely one of the best housemates we’ve ever lived with (and a seriously good cook too). Anyone moving in will be sharing the home with someone respectful, sociable, and easy to get along with.
