Our home is a bright, spacious and fully furnished apartment in the heart of Kings Beach, designed to be comfortable, relaxed and easy to live in.
The apartment is just a 5-minute walk to Kings Beach, Happy Valley and Dicky Beach, around 10 minutes to Moffat Beach and Golden Beach, and only a few minutes from cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, public transport and the Caloundra main street.
The complex features a heated swimming pool, a beautiful community garden, and two BBQ areas (one undercover and one outdoors), making it a great place to relax or catch up with friends.
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with just about every appliance and gadget you could need (between an Italian and a chef, we've collected quite a few over the years!).
One thing our housemates have always appreciated is that we take care of all the regular maintenance cleaning of the shared areas, so there's no cleaning roster. We simply ask everyone to clean up after themselves after using the shared spaces.
The apartment sits on top of the hill, so it gets beautiful ocean breezes throughout the day. There is no air conditioning, but the natural airflow keeps the home comfortable for most of the year while helping keep electricity costs low.

Hi! We're Giulia (34) and Bob (28).
Giulia works from home during regular office hours in the stone machinery industry. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, cooking, spending time at the beach and keeping the home clean, organised and welcoming.
Bob is a chef, so his schedule is quite different from the typical 9–5. He's usually out of the house for most of the day and works into the evening, with two days off each week that vary. He's easy-going, friendly and very tidy.
We're both relaxed and sociable people who enjoy a chat over dinner or a coffee, but we also really value personal space and privacy. We like keeping the house clean and comfortable without being over the top, and we're looking for someone who's respectful, considerate and understands what it means to live in a shared home.
We don't smoke (although Bob does vape), and our home is definitely more of a peaceful, easy-going space than a party house. 😊
