Newly renovated apartment with water front views in Golden Beach. The lease is until September, I’m hoping to find a solid roommate to sign another 12 months with when the lease ends. I don’t expect the rent to go up as the other apartments in the building have recently gone up for rent at a slightly cheaper price.
The bathroom is shared however toilet and shower is seperate which is very helpful. As well as that I work 7am-9pm most days so our schedules most likely wouldn’t clash.
There is also a garage with some storage available. We would take turns using the garage if you have a car.

I’m 23 years old and moved up here last September from Sydney to be closer to my family. I love to spend my time exploring Sunshine Coast, spending time with friends, reading and crocheting. I’m a very laid back person, love a good chat, tv rot day and am a very respectful person.
As a roommate, I am a busy person. I work full time in retail (no set working days) and also am studying support work so when I am not working you can find me at home studying.
I like a clean home and would want someone who also values this. Other than that I’m looking for someone who can have a laugh, has good communication and can show flexibility.
