The room in the house is the Master room. It's King size, large with an ensuite, double sink bathroom. Its very modern, has its own entrance and double walk in wardrobe. Is a lovely North facing room so great sunlight, high ceilings and fully equipt. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Suitable for a professional single or couple. We have a small dog who lives outside most of the time. The room is quite private, and space to have your own lounge area. You would be sharing with myself and 6 year old boy. We are sporty, social and enjoy a laugh. Suitable for professionals working in the area who need a place to call home. It would also suit a single parent and child as this is a 4-bedroom house with only two rooms occupied!

About the occupants
I'm a Mar-Tech professional and live with my Six year old boy and Dog. We are social people so welcome an extra 1 or 2 people to enjoy our home. We are here Monday -Wednesday, then back again Saturday to Monday so the home would be yours most Thursdays and Friday night.
