Home in Broadbeach Waters, overlooking canal with pool and beautiful outdoor area. Only looking to rent to one flatmate (or the right couple). This is a 2 room (one bedroom) attached unit that is seperate from my area. It is a unique layout and would some that does not cook a lot as it has a kitchenette. I use the other rooms as offices for my remote business and family who visit from NZ.
