This is a beautiful 3 years old townhouse, totally furnished. I'm renting out my room while I visit my home country Finland.
It’s located just 2 blocks away from the beach, there is a delicious Italian coffee/pizzeria shop just down the road, and a bottleshop aswell. It’s just 3 minutes driving to Casuarina village shopping centre which you can find Coles supermarket, pharmacy, shops and restaurants, and 5 minutes drive to the Gym (Movement Casuarina). Plenty of spots for parking in the street.

About the occupants
You will be sharing the house with two amazing people; Bruno who is a full time worker, likes to socialise but also likes his own space. He is a very active person, outdoorsy, and his hobbies are gym, surfing, skateboarding. And Harriot a lovely woman from UK, she works full time as interior designer and loves spending time at the beach, shopping and Pilates. We got a family’s environment at home and we get along very well and have each other’s back. We usually share a wine and have dinner together. You’ll be more than welcome to join and have a nice chat with this open minded beautiful souls.
We like to keep the house clean and tidy. The house is well designed and very easy to keep clean.
The bedroom has a queen bed, bed sides, desk and chair. It has a large wardrobe, sliding door with access to a small balcony with a view.
The bathroom will be shared with Harriot only.
