The room comes furnished and is on the bottom floor so you have your privacy, as it is the only room on that level. The room is huge compared to the normal bedroom. It currently has a queen size bed, a tv and tv unit, two bedside tables, a desk, can add a big mirror with lights all around it. The bathroom has two sinks and a massive bench and the shower is a walk in shower. You also have your own toilet.

This house is close to Perth city and only a 20-minute drive to the beach. It is a good neighbourhood surrounded mostly by families. There is plenty of parking on the street and the house is behind a safety gate and a shared driveway with our neighbours, who are very lovely. The kitchen is massive so good for anyone who likes to cook or meal prep.
