About occupants
Hi, I’m Dale — friendly, easygoing, and living an active lifestyle. I work as a chiropractor, keep fairly busy, and enjoy getting to the gym most days. I value looking after my health and keeping a good routine during the week.
I’m single and pretty social, but I also really respect personal space and downtime. I’ve lived with other people before, so I understand the balance between having a chat in the kitchen and giving each other room to recharge.
I have two young kids (both under 5) who stay with me 1–2 nights a week. They’re great little humans, and when they’re around my focus is on them — otherwise, the house is calm and relaxed.
I’m clean, considerate, and communicate well. Ideally trying to make for a place that feels comfortable, respectful, and easy to live in — somewhere that feels like home rather than just a house.

There is also a couple in their early 30s. From the UK on a WHV. They are very mature, quiet and amazing to live with.
Compatible people
I’m hoping to find someone who feels more like a good fit than just a flatmate. Someone grounded, kind, and easy to live with. If you’re active in your own way — whether that’s gym, sport, beach walks, or just valuing a healthy routine — we’ll probably have a bit in common.
It would be great to live with someone who enjoys a chat in the kitchen or the occasional shared meal, but also really values their own space and downtime. I appreciate a home that feels calm, comfortable, and drama-free.
My two young kids stay with me 1–2 nights a week, so being relaxed and understanding about that is important. They’re great little humans and bring good energy when they’re around — the rest of the time the house is pretty peaceful.
Mostly, I’m looking for someone emotionally mature, clean, respectful, and positive. If you’re someone who values good communication, mutual respect, and creating a home that feels easy to live in, I think we’d get along really well.
