I am Claire, I am a very quiet, border line introverted respectful middle aged female with 3 adult children who have all grown up and started their own families.
I work full time as a Receptionist in Osborne Park.
I love a good heart to heart chat and especially a good laugh, I enjoy meeting up with friends for a coffee or a movie night however I am very much a home body and treat my home as my sanctuary, my safe place and really look forward to coming home after a long day at work and just relaxing.
I have been single for a few years so I have learned the value of truly enjoying my own company and therefore learned to respect others space and will be mindful of yours too.
I like to spend my weekends bulk cooking for dinners during the week. I thoroughly enjoy being in the kitchen, and love baking especially now the grandkids have come along. I enjoy reading, gardening and on a nice day going for slow strolls with a coffee in hand around Jack Adder Lake. On a cold, rainy weekend, nothing nicer than binge watching Netflix. I have just finished rewatching the entire Good Doctor series.
I do not drink, smoke or indulge in drugs. I will also not tolerate smoking or drugs in my home. I do not mind if my flatmate is a social drinker however this is not a party house or rave festival or a place where friends can sleep over (non neg)
They are reliable and punctual in paying rent and bills and they maintain a clean and tidy personal space and contribute to keeping shared areas clean and tidy.
They respect their flatmate's personal space, belongings, and privacy, and are mindful of noise levels and shared areas.
They are willing to adjust to different routines, preferences, and compromises, and are open to finding solutions that work for both parties,
