2 clean and tidy rooms available in a 4-bedroom, fully established house just a 15 minute walk from Wellard train station, starting from 1st July. The house is located in a peaceful neighbourhood of Wellard just a 15-minute walk from restaurants, shops, a medical centre, and a pharmacy, making it highly convenient. It is fully furnished with all essentials, including couches, a dining table, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, and much more.

The room comes with an in-built wardrobe, a double bed with a mattress, 2 bedside tables, dimming lights and a fan for warm days. There's reverse cycle air conditioning in the common area for those hot days, but you will need to bring your own sheets.

Rent is $310 per week (all bills included), with a 400$ bond and 2 weeks's rent in advance.

Bathroom: you will have access to your bathroom (shower and bathtub and toilet)

Parking: Parking available on the driveway.

Internet: Unlimited Wi-Fi is available.

I also have a pet dog who is very friendly and well trained with people. She does quiet and does her own thing and will stay most times with me when I’m home.

I am very busy and work 6 days a week and is very approachable if you need to communicate.
