Hi my names Tom(male 31) im the home owner, im pretty much just looking for someone tidy and respectful to rent out a room. I work FIFO 4 weeks on 1 week off and will etheir be staying at the house on the couch on my week off or most likely with friends & family. Alyssa(female 21) is renting one of the bedrooms. I dont mind if you have quests but they must be gone at reasonable time as it is a relatively small apartment and we need to be respectful of each other. Bills are included in the rent, apartment is fully furnished. Air con in room also in lounge, Washing machine, dryer, tv, kitchen appliances any questions feel free to ask
