Beach house vibes up in the Trigg hills 400m from the Ocean and Scarborough strip living with a relaxed FIFO worker.
The freestanding house has a heap of character, some nice views over Scarborough, a raised front porch and a good back yard with plenty of spaces.
Location - 500m walk (or scooter) down to the Scarborough main strip or South Trigg beach (undies is the closest break if you don't mind a surf). Trigg bushland is a couple hundred meters away for a bush in the city.
Parking and Transport - 60m from a bus stop (421 to Stirling Station) or Scarborough bus port nearby. Off street parking available for multiple cars.
Specifics - Outdoor hot shower for post beach dips, a large living area and a pleasant bathroom, with bath, and kitchen. House is furnished with all the essentials. Garage is available for a bit of storage if required
