Large covered outdoor courtyard leading onto lush green yard out the back. Walking distance to Thornlie shops/Leisure World, and short drive to Forest Lakes shops. Public transport easy to access, although it'd be a short bus ride to the train station.
I'm taking over from someone who's breaking their lease and you'll be required to be on that lease also.
The guy is taking all his stuff with him so you'll need to organise your own furniture.
Ideal for couples with one or two kids as there are two bedrooms, or older peeps like myself, whoever really as long as you're reliable and honest.
Happy to have another pet as long as it's approved by the agent.
