I am looking for people who will treat and respect a living environment with the best quality furnishings as if it were their own, i.e. no shoes on leather lounges, coffee tables etc., if they see the floor needs sweeping or mopping then do it without being asked, no food to be consumed in bedrooms there are dining areas inside and out for that. If you damage something you will be expected to replace it.

I expect honesty, openness and respect and will treat you as I would like to be treated. I'm not adverse to you having friends over to help you make the place your home provided they observe the same requirements. I am happy to include you in sharing my home and any occasions I have at home.

There will be periods when you are sole occupant as I am often away at weekends at my partners residence and some extended periods traveling interstate or overseas. I am not always at home in the evenings.
