Beautiful large 4 x 2 property in Stirling. Pictures don't do it justice for how big the place is. Rent is $1000 per week for the property (as per ad) so splitting it evenly between myself and someone else/a couple
You will essentially have half the house to yourself including your own room and bathroom which can come furnished or unfurnished and semi ensuite toilet and bathroom
The rest of the house is furnished including a washing machine, fridge, lounge set and TV
Large backyard with plenty of storage space in the house
As per the owner and real estate agent, you will not need to be on the lease or pay the bond but the real estate agent will do a small referee check and you will be an approved occupant. If you wish to be on the lease the real estate agent is more than happy to review this in the future
