I am renting out one room in Scarborough In a 2 bedroom house with garden, living room and separate dining room. The house has a double garage and space for parking. The house is fully furnished, the room has a bed, small cupboard to hang clothes and one chest of drawers- If required. The room does not have aircon.
Perfect location! 15 minutes walk to the beach with cafes, shops, pharmacy near by.
About me. I’m Niomi (32) from Scotland. I have not long moved over from Sydney- where I have been for the last 10 years on and off. I am working full time in west Perth.
I have a 5 year old Am Staff named Frankie, who is very friendly and house trained.
Happy to negotiate the room/rent for couples / FIFO. Preferably looking for someone long term.
