-One bathroom, but two toilets and a bath.
-Washing machine/dryer
-Reverse cycle air-conditioning
-Large 65" OLED TV screen with surround sound system + several streaming services
-PlayStation 5
-Living room couch is a sofa bed (let a mate stay over a night)
-NBN internet included
-Entire house is water filtered (pure clean water through every tap and the shower).
-Weights and other gym equipment available for those who work out.
-Full upright recently tuned piano and guitars available for those musical.
-Surfboard, sand board, bodyboard, wake board, tramp and fire pit available to use. E-scooter to hire casually.

AREA
-Nice and safe neighbourhood
-Near the beach and Scarborough Beach restaurants, cafes and gyms
-Local small bar and cafes minutes walk away (Brighton Rd and Doric St)
-Green park with pond across the road
-Metres walk to bus for train station

Open to all ages and genders. And yes you can have friends over, any age or gender.

I'm keen to find someone who believes in maintaining open communication with housemates and being considerate of shared spaces. I have a calm, well-maintained space you can call home, and I’m committed to being a responsible and respectful owner and expect the same.
