Available from 18/09, potentially sooner, for a ~12 month lease.

It’s a private room with your own separate bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished, so you’ll only need furniture for your bedroom.

Rent is $390/week - the total apartment rent is $780/week, split evenly.

The apartment has only one secure car bay but there is 4 visitor car bays that are used by the tenants and there’s more often than not a space available. If there is none there is ample street parking on the next block.

Great location, walking distance to North Perth cafés and 2 min walk to bus stop with direct buses into the city.
