Brand-new, beautiful split-level townhouse looking for someone to make the downstairs their little home.
Your room is on the ground floor, while the kitchen and master bedroom are upstairs which means we get the nice balance of living together without having to live on top of each other.
You’ll have a modern bathroom (including a bath) and you’ll also have a separate lounge/sitting area downstairs that’s already fully furnished.
I’ve also put together a pretty decent home gym, which you’re more than welcome to use provided you don’t turn the place into a 5am CrossFit studio.
Because the common area and gym take up the garage space, parking is on the street, but there’s plenty available so it’s really not an issue.
Location-wise, cafés, restaurants and bus to the city are an easy walk away, and pretty much everything else you need is only a short drive.
Overall, it’s a really comfortable, modern home with plenty of space to have your own life while still having someone around for a chat, a laugh, or shared uber eats 👀

I’m looking for someone who’s happy to have a chat, grab some food or share a drink occasionally, while also respecting each other’s space and doing our own thing.
Ideally, you’ll be active, warm, positive and generally bring good energy to the house. Bonus points if you enjoy the gym, good food, coffee or getting out and about.
As it’s a near-new place, I’d love someone who’ll treat it like their own and keep things clean and tidy. That said, I’m definitely not walking around with white gloves inspecting the skirting boards. We’re adults, houses get lived in.
Most importantly, I want home to be somewhere that feels comfortable, relaxed and genuinely nice to come back to.
Given we’ll actually be living together, I think a coffee beforehand is essential to make sure we get along and neither of us gives the other serial-killer vibes 👍
