15-minute walk to the beach and only 4 minutes from the river. The house is modern, newly renovated, and spotless. It has 3 bedrooms, a terrace with a BBQ, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, an indoor parking spot for you, and internet.
The room has a shared bathroom, a bed with storage drawers, a built-in wardrobe, and air conditioning (heating/cooling).
We are looking for a couple or a single person in their 30s, someone calm who enjoys sharing a beer or a glass of wine but without parties at home. Being clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces and others’ schedules is a must.
Price: $480 per week (bills included) + 2 weeks bond.
