Bills and expenses
Internet, electricity, water and internet included in rent. Cleaning products and shared essential items such as toilet paper to be decided equally. Shared cleaning arrangement to be negotiated or I am open to share the price to hire a cleaner once a fortnight or monthly.

I also share my home with a friendly cat, so you’ll need to be okay with pets (bonus points if you love cats!).
You’ve got your own hobbies and social life, but you’re still friendly and happy to connect and have some down time. Ideally you’re single, but if you do have a partner, we’d dodscuss boundaries around sleepovers to maintain balance at home.
I’d love to negotiate a balanced cleaning arrangement (or we can equally chip in for a cleaner). I’m definitely not after a party house—during the week I keep things calm and head to bed at a reasonable time. I don’t mind a glass of wine or two and the occasional fun weekend, but loud late nights aren’t my style.
