The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms - one with a private toilet just for us and another shared bathroom with a bathtub. The house is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and all necessary kitchen utilities.
You will enjoy your own fridge and access to a large garden with a barbecue, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
The location is excellent - close to the city center and beaches, accessible by both public transport (buses 5 minutes walking and trains 15 minutes walking) and car, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and services within walking distance. There is a covered parking spot and free street parking right in front of the house. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and very safe.
