Good restaurants, shops and coffee shops nearby, Large Mall at Claremont Quarter. House is quirky, well provided for with WIfi, TVs and laundry facilities. Lounge/Den room for exclusive use upstairs. There is a sofa-bed in Den room if you want to squeeze in a third guest. Have a cleaner fortnightly.
