Town house 3 x 2. own bathroom, its the main bathroom only you and I will be living here. House is a rental. So you have to be respecful. There is one bedroom available. Your will have references. You will have to be accepted by the realestate/owners before moving in. Complete the information form for the property managers.

I am 1km from train , 10 Min walk to river and bike path.
15 minutes walk to cafes and taverns.

off street parking. Ist in first served or on street if not room but we can work things out if need be. I am in a block of ten Town houses.

No food sharing. I cook most of the time. Healthy gut food.

I have a spare fridge in the garage as mine is full most of the time. You will be able to to keep the bulk of what you need in there and also have another freezer so should be enough room.
