Built in 2014 this 263m² modern home provides three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living areas, Blackbutt wooden floorboards, a modern kitchen, and five air conditioning units through-out including in each bedroom. The two ground floor bedrooms are divided by a modern bathroom. Fibre-to-the-house allows for fast and reliable internet.
The spare room can be furnished or unfurnished as we have spare beds, desks, side tables, etc.
We also have storage areas both indoor and outdoor (undercover).
The location is just off Oxford Street and close to Leederville's bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and chemist.
