Description of the home

This lovely manor house is situated in sought-after Orange Valley in Kalamunda. It’s a clean and tidy home with spacious rooms where each room has a view of the garden and nature.

Large trees, walking trails and ample parking will appeal to those who enjoy listening to birds in the morning, living in nature and going on bush walks. The main central district is 2.5 km from the home (so about a 20 minute walk or quick drive) where you will find the traditional Kalamunda Hotel; fine and general dining; and grocery shopping. Kalamunda is also home to the commencement of the Bibbulmun Track. The central business district or “village” as the locals call it is surrounded by vineyards, orchards, expansive farms and boutique breweries. Perth Observatory and the zig zag are also key attractions.

Currently only two rooms will become available toward the end of February and early March. Guests tend to stay much longer than planned due to the safe environment and being well matched to the property.
