Description of the home
A spacious room is available in my clean and comfortable home.
The room is partially furnished with a bed, two bedside tables, curtains, and a built-in wardrobe ready for you to move in and make it your own.
You’ll share the bathroom with one other housemate (still to be confirmed).
The home is well maintained, with routine cleaning done daily, so everything stays tidy and welcoming.
I have two friendly cats and a dog, all well-behaved and social.
I’m an easy-going and friendly person who values a relaxed home where everyone is respectful, tidy, and considerate.
The location is excellent close to the local IGA and Coles (5mins away), and only a 10-minute drive to Swan View, where you’ll find great cafés and restaurants for lunch or dinner. A local park is just 2 minutes away, and if you love the outdoors, John Forrest National Park is only an 8-minute walk perfect for hiking, running, or weekend picnics.
There’s also a comfortable outdoor sitting area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing after work, or having a BBQ on the weekends.
You’ll also have access to a common laundry room with a washer and dryer for convenience.

my Dog is a very friendly loving 2 year old kelpie. full of beans and always excited to meet new people. he is quiet and only barks to let you know some one is around.
