Description of the home

A pretty Basic setup with most Amenities. 2 fridges out of which you be sharing with 3 people. Everything is brand new in the house. Have couple moving out in Jan cos they couldn't hold their end of the agreement. Live with chilled out people. One couple and 2 Fifo workers who are barely at home. One lives in Bali on Alternate swing. The other is 8:6 roster. 1 couple stay full time. House is a 5/3. So shared bath/toilet is shared by 3 people. But with Fifo workers including me u practically have it to yourself. There is plenty of off street parking. There is a coffee shop a short walk from home. Awesome coffee and pastries. Very quiet neighbourhood. So no fuss. I'm not OCD but definitely like people who clean up after themselves. House has a clean as you go policy. Respect for personal space and other Cultures. Dressing modestly is something that I request. Other than that its all good. Smoking is allowed in the patio. Drinking is allowed as long as you know ur limits and don't create a scene. No house parties allowed due to nature of house share setup. Outsiders not entertained unless it really important.
