Red Cat bus stop at the front door, post office, supermarket, restaurants, bottle shops, ATM and pharmacy opposite the apartment.

Free parking on the street for an hour.

A little about me;
My name is Adam. I'm 40. I am health minded and have an outgoing nature. I enjoy dining out with friends, travel, anything active or social. I am considerate of other people's space and looking for someone who's clean, working and can look after my place like it's their own. I'm currently working away on a 3/1 FIFO roster. I have a 4 year old daughter who stays with me on my week off from work.

You will have the property to yourself for 3 out of 4 weeks per month (80%).

Bills are split 80/20. As I will not be in the property for 80% of the time.
