Unfortunately, the unit has been taken. As such, I am withdrawing the ad and will not be appearing on this website from tomorrow. For those of you who had expressed interest to inspect the place, I have sent you separate emails advising the cancellation of such appointments. Please accept my sincere apologies and I hope you will find suitable places soon.

The room on offer is the Master Bedroom. The room can accommodate a Queen bed or 2 single beds. Currently the room is set up with a double bed and mattress, however, if 2 people are moving in and wanting 2 separate single beds, that can be arranged. There's a walk-in closet and wardrobe cabinet, a chest drawer, 2 bedside tables with lampshades and a desk. A Dyson blade fan is also available for use. The Master bedroom is connected to the bathroom. The room is suitable for a city professional, FiFo worker, student and/or a couple. I occupy the second bedroom.

PLEASE NOTE: Inspections can be arranged between now 3 December and 12 December. I'll be overseas for Christmas and back on New year's eve.

The unit is located in a 6-storey building complex on Hay Street, East Perth. The building and the unit itself are well secured. A fob key is required to enter the building and to operate the lifts, entry to the swimming pool and gym as well as entry to residents private car spaces. The unit can be accessed via an RFID card key. The neighborhood is very cosmopolitan, surrounded by hotels, apartments, a post office, a supermarket, small shops and an array of dining options. A well-managed park is on the corner of Hay and Plain Streets for morning and afternoon walks. Langley Park and the Swan riverside is also down the road. The free Red Cat #2 bus city loop service is 285 meters from the unit complex.

The weekly rent is inclusive of all utility bills (water, electricity, wifi, netflix).
