Bills and expenses
bills and household expenses are paid for with house account. the household budget can be viewed by everyone as i write it out 3 months in advance and post it in group chat. we have never had to make an unscheduled payment for bills, meaning you just need to pay your share of rent + bills to the house acc and i will handle all everything else. If the house account does not have enough money i will ask everyone to make an unscheduled payment, however like i said this hasn't happened in the 2.5 years i've been share housing. I am an understanding and compassionate person and i will not just demand money and expect it straight away, but at the same time paying for everything shouldn't fall on one person. in this house everyone contributes equally, sharing the cost and making cost of living easier for everyone. One of the many great benefits of share houses.
