Home Description

Description of the home

Really convenient apartment location, not too far but not too close to the city and very safe.
13 minute walk to Cockburn shopping centre, 300m walk to Cockburn train station (25 minutes travel time to the city) , 300m away from the Cockburn Police station, right near Cockburn ARC fitness facility for swimming, sauna, basketball courts. Its a huge sporting facility.
There is a very large entertainment bbq area at the top of the complex which is free to use, and the complex has a 24/7 gym on site which you can use as often as you like also for free.

Access to the building is secured, has 2 elevators and the apartment is on the first floor, so you would be safe from burglaries and zombie attack
You would be sharing the space with me buuuuuuut I work a lot if I'm not spending as much time as I can with my daughter part time (5), working out, or training with my regiment somewhere.

About the occupants
Hi there,

I am a very busy professional with two jobs (one full and one part time) who is looking for someone who is the right fit to move in. I own it, so there wont be any room inspections, stressing about leases expiring etc, just want a trustworthy, good conversationalist (I'm fairly introverted but paradoxically enjoy a good conversation).

I have my daughter over occasionally as shared custody, she is a superbly well behaved child, but you will need to like children to enjoy the time here. She sleeps over every second weekend (unless I'm out field for training) and visits during every second Wednesday for a few hours. She is a real people person, though like most kids can be shy sometimes at the beginning.

Love cooking, watching docos and working out. Currently training for my first half marathon.

Prefer intelligent people, nothing personal. Housemate must be working/studying fulltime, trustworthy, easy to get along with and most importantly, be an interesting person. I know that that is hella subjective but better to know in advance in case your gut tells you you wont be a fit for the place - if on the other hand, you are getting a good vibe, get in touch
Compatible people
Respectful
Intrinsically motivated
Works full time and has no issue with living expenses for Cockburn
Honest and kind person who is tidy
We share a similar wavelength
