Description of the home

I have nice room for rent in an amazing 3 bed 2 1/2 bath townhouse, located five minute drive from the city, 15 minutes from the airport, 5-10 minute walk to Woolworths and Albany Highway, 10 minute walk to the casino.
The house is brand-new (6 months old), has huge kitchen, chefs pantry, living/dining room, balcony with city views and double car garage up stairs. Second living room, kitchenette, bedrooms, laundry, and outdoor entertainment area in the split level downstairs.
You would be sharing with myself, my two pugs and our housemate, Mike He’s 28 from the Uk, works full-time as a chef. He’s really chill, clean and quiet. It’s a pretty chill household 😎
We would like to live with someone that we can have a bit of a laugh with, that’s respectful, tidy, and that LOVES dogs.
