The house is located along South Street. The bus stop is just Infront of the house and only 5 minutes ride to Murdoch train station and 15 minutes to Curtin University and 20 minutes train ride to CBD Bull Creek Stockland or Willeton Southland Shopping mall is just couple of minutes rides away. The room is medium size fully furnished with a large Queen bed with built-in wardrobe. The master bedroom is now occupied by a working guy from New Zealand age 37.and the 2 single room is occupied by by another Kiwi working guy age 49 and 28. The kitchen is well equiped and furnished with a decent dining and a living area. The patio is spacious and has a separate entry to the back yard Garden. The location is along South Street and bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the house and 5 minutes ride to Murdoch train station and the train ride is 15 minutes to CBD. All the flatmates are friendly, clean and tidy and love to see flatmates with same mind set.
