About the occupants
My Brother and I are extremely easygoing and are ready to socialise (or not). We like to relax in our respective areas most of the time or sit out back for a smoke. I work from home doing music production and office work, mostly in my studio and in the main living area so i'm here very often. This can be noisy but only for short periods several times a week. My brother is mostly at work or relaxing on his computer or guitar. We are mature and semi tidy however the dynamic nature of the house lends to a little untidiness.
The house is also occupied by 4 beloved pets, 2 pugs and 2 affectionate cats, please consider that before applying. Sadly additional pets cannot be considered.

- Having affectionate animals around all the time can be an absolute blessing or burden depending on your personality type. All animals are well behaved and polite but they are unstoppably affectionate!
- My brother and I are happy to socialise with you and your friends and enjoy many points of conversation for hours on end (or not at all if that is prefferred).
- We like to work under a framework of being sharing and safe. We're happy to share pretty much everything as long as everyone is doing their part (cleaning, food, products etc..).
- we are a 'nerd' friendly house whether you like to geek out on games, internet, music or just want to be a hermit with your hobby.
- We welcome visitors and I have polite visitors regularly.
We have previously had success with FIFO housemates who really enjoyed living here as there is a nice family dynamic to return to after a stint away (also i'm usually available for emergency airport lifts if needed XD).
That said, this house would also suit musicians and artists, Shift workers, Active students or pretty much anyone who is polite and friendly.
We are LGBT friendly, no additional pets, no couples, the house is not appropriate for a child to live in.

The pets are 2 Pugs names are Francine and Freya who will chronically hassle you for licks and cuddles.
Also 2 cats named Jax and Chai who are a bonded pair that provide a lot of entertainment and love attention also.
