This is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Beeliar. It has a great kitchen, open plan dining and living area with a comfortable lounge with reclining sofas and television. We're in a great location, only a few minutes walk to the bus, shops, school, chemist, doctor, dentist, pub, take away and more. Our beach is only 5 minutes drive and same distance to at least a couple of our local gyms and sporting centre.

Less than 10 mins will see you at Cockburn Central. We have a lovely park directly opposite with 2 more within a couple of minutes walk. Great for jogging or a casual stroll. Parks have BBQ areas too. We also have a lovely alfresco with all the home comforts, BBQ, plants and cool lighting. A bike or motorbike can fit in garage if needed. Car parking is available on the paved verge in front of the house. We are on a quiet street at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Hi I'm Anita and Australian Citizen. I've traveled a lot and always loved it. I'm a people person. I work full time through the week from 5am until 1pm. I enjoy a glass of wine as I relax for the evening either when I'm cooking or when I settle to watch a show. I usually like routine in my life so my chores done on Saturday when possible to allow for the rest of my weekend free. I sometimes have a girls night out and or lunch or dinner out with family when possible. I also love just staying home and not doing much. I'm not a clean freak but I do like to keep the main areas tidy and stress free :)

I have a partner and his name is Terry. He is awesome. He is now an Australian Citizen. He is a qualified Painter Decorator running his own business. Terry has a good sense of humour and enjoys he's music. He has worked in FIFO and is now enjoying the home lifestyle. He enjoys putting his headphones on and cranking up the volume to his favourite music at any time without it bothering anyone. He enjoys the outdoors, jogging, beach walks and all things nature including camping. He's no good in the kitchen.

Shannon, our son also lives with us. He's 17 and a year 12 student. He is quiet, respectful and well adjusted. He's at school Monday to Friday 8am until 3pm and times off he's either studying, out with his mates, relaxing on the computer or at work. He loves the skate park as time out with his mates. I would describe him as quiet/ nearly invisible actually other than raiding the fridge like every teenager probably does.
Compatible people
We're looking for someone caring, friendly, considerate and with a positive attitude to life, who is responsible and easy going. We're not looking for a clean freak but someone who is tidy and able to share common area cleaning when needed. Someone who respects a fair bit of privacy through the week. Recipes and movie sharing would be nice too occasionally. It's not a party house but your friends are welcome!!! Dinner, drinks, BBQ, movies. Just no sleep overs unless prior notice.

We have a Blue Russian cat named Misty. Grey short hair with green eyes. She is shy to strangers until she gets to know them.
