Description of the home
Currently I'm working and living out of town 4-5 days a week. (Not sure how long that's going to continue for but it could be a few more months so you'd basically have the house to yourself 4 days a week)
Master bedroom is available which comes with a queen size bed and wardrobe and side tables.
You MUST love dogs (see pic). They are very chilled and like to just do their own thing. They're not needy at all but super awesome!
Please note: House needs some work. I am in the process of organising new doors and drawers for the kitchen (so don't be surprised if you see two cupboard doors missing if you come to inspect).
Just a note, this is a 1960s house, not a brand new home so please understand it is a work in progress. If you are looking for a newly built home I kindly ask that you pls don't waste my time or yours asking to inspect, only to have you not show up. Most appreciated. š

I spend 4 or 5 days a week away and come home to Bassendean for the weekends.
I take my dogs away with me and bring them to the house on weekends.
I'm also a part time musician so I usually do gigs on Friday and/or Saturday nights, and occasionally Sundays.
I like to potter around the garden working on my succulent garden, playing guitar/double bass or socialising with friends.
I'm a pretty easy going guy who is friendly, accepting and respectful of others.
People who are respectful of the house, tidy, friendly and have a positive attitude. and can pay their rent on time every time would be best suited. Thanks.

They are very easy going dogs. They donāt need a lot of attention. As long as they are with each other (they are brothers from the same litter) they are happy and content.
They donāt bite or growl. They get along with other dogs and warm up to people quickly.
If you are not fond of dogs, this is not the place for you.
