Ideal for a retiree, mature aged student or older person sharing with only one other older person ! Ideal for AKRH workers and non- party fifo workers .
Home is a serene Zen and safe space that will suit quiet people and preference will be given to vegans, vegetarians or pescetarians…. It’s not a deal breaker if you aren’t but you must be respectful.
It may not suit a chatty person.
Property has one cat and one dog both of whom dwell inside and out and the property is managed by a real estate agent.
