Description of the home

My place is just the best - I do love it! Its a short walk ( less than 5 min) to everything. Its a 1910 stlye house that I have spent the last 5 years renovating so it has the look of an old school house with all the best parts of a new place, Under floor heating is so nice in winter. Warm feet, is soo good. However once you feel this you will not like other places with out it, Sorry!
The bedrooms are BIG, with so much storage ( my kids needed "space" while they where growing up) but they have all become adults now moved away now for study/work so I am left with a large house.
Do you need transport? - Bus = 5 house away , Train to Newy/sydney = short walk to station.
Supermarket and some of the best cafe's in Newy = Short walk
Pub= There is like 4 with in a short walk.
Parks= just as close
Lake = Next door to the pub :-)
School = Yep got two of them
Chemist = got 2
Dentist = yep
Petrol station = Got the cheapest in Newy.

The location is great!

Also my favorite part of my place is watching Sunset's from the front verandah. Its soo good.
