The room is bedroom 3 on the floor plan; it is a good size with natural lighting, ducted aircon. Can fit a wardrobe, queen bed and a desk with room to spare (previous housemate had this set up).

Description of the home
Our home is practically fully furnished, with the exception of the bedroom. Our kitchen and dinning room is spacious with nature lighting. The living room is separate to the kitchen and dinning room. We have a large deck with outdoor furniture which is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The backyard is perfect for sitting in the sun and reading a book on the grass.

We lead active and social lives but also value a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Given our busy, often intense work schedules, we’re looking for someone who is easygoing, friendly, and values a clean, tidy home.
